You'll go home with a vision too big to fit in your bag...

Circle Training

From the Conference Room
to the Living Room:
Changing our Relationships
with our Women Clients

Our February retreat in the Washington DC area has been postponed until later in the year, but stay tuned for dates, as well as retreat announcements in Chicago, Atlanta, and California.

Our first Circle Training in January was a tremendous success, but with limited spaces we were unable to accommodate everyone. So we’re hosting another session.

Join us to deepen your own experience of circle while you learn how to design, host and attract women to your own money circles.

Join a group of like-minded advisors

“I came away with so much more than I ever expected… incredible new insights, invaluable materials to use for hosting a circle and wonderful new friendships.”
~Lynne Nahigyan, CFP®, 2012 retreat participant

On Thursday afternoon we will shift gears and socialize  from 3:30 – 4:00,  then spend a couple of hours in our learning circle, followed by a spectacular dinner at a nearby restaurant in our own private room. Then we will reconvene with a light breakfast at 8:00 am on Friday. On Friday evening, we’ll close with wine and cheese, more conversation, and send you on your way with a vision too big to fit in your bag!

“The Directions retreat was an enlightening experience in many ways.
It retreat really brought (the Circle process) together for me.  Until you
participate in a Circle, I think it would be hard to
fully grasp how to go about hosting one.”
~Kelly Stanley, CFP®, 2012 retreat participant

Our agenda will include an individual visioning exercise,  a Circle Practicum and a Conversation Café, where you will learn about and experience two key hosting techniques that you can use with your women clients and prospects.  We will also spend some time on practice management – how you can transform the way you do business to become an advisor that women seek out, trust, and can’t wait to tell their friends and colleagues about.

We're a company of women, so we do retreat prep in our pjs.

“Throughout history, women have congregated in circles not purely for companionship and conversation, but also to do important work.  Yesterday’s sewing circles and quilting bees reappear today as book clubs, investment groups, and giving circles. All share education and helping others as their central purpose…”
