Be part of a relaxed, lively and enjoyable conversation for financial advisors.
These gatherings are for those who want to change the way financial advisors talk to women about money and to consider how we can support each other to be our best in our own practices and in our own relationship with money. What this change will look like is entirely up to us as a community, and is limited only by our energy, commitment, and imagination.
Our circles are led by Eleanor Blayney, CFP®, successful financial planner, consumer advocate for the CFP® Board and the author of Women’s Worth: Finding Your Financial Confidence and Elizabeth Jetton, CFP®, listed in the 2010 Top 50 Women Nationally in Wealth Management, former president of the Financial Planning Association, facilitator and Atlanta-based financial planner.
We know women’s financial planning issues are different, as are their emotions and experience with money. They learn differently and they want money to do more in their lives than be just a number they have to reach in order to retire or be independent.
We know amazing things happen when we gather together to talk about what’s possible, what’s important and to share our concerns, ideas and passions around the potential impact of financial planning in the lives of women.
Our first gatherings of advisors took place in Atlanta, GA and Richmond, VA. Given the powerful results we have seen, we look forward to hosting many more Advisor Cafes.
